Effect of Standardized Nursing Combined with Health Education on Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing combined with health education on surgical indexes of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Methods:60 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The study period was from April 2021 to April 2023.The patients were divided into the reference group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)according to different nursing methods.The control group was treated with basic nursing,and the experimental group was treated with standardized nursing combined with health education.The surgical indicators,health knowledge mastery scores,complications and nursing quality scores of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:After nursing intervention,all the surgical indicators of the experimental group were better,and the score of physical recovery and health knowledge mastery was significantly better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing combined with health education nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce medical costs,and is conducive to the recovery of the disease,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
