Application Effect of Standardized Evidence-based Nursing on Patients with Primary Liver Cancer Undergoing Interventional Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized evidence-based nursing on improving the incidence of complications and nursing comfort after interventional therapy for primary liver cancer.Methods:A study was conducted from January 2022 to October 2023,and 100 patients with primary liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy were randomly divided into two groups with routine nursing(control group)and standardized evidence-based nursing(observation group).The nursing effect was compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the improvement degree of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and pain assessment scale(VAS)in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized evidence-based nursing for patients with primary liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy can significantly improve postoperative complications,improve patients'quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
