摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on rehabilitation of middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Fifty middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from July 2019 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by digital allocation method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized nursing.The daily living ability rating scale(ADL)score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the daily living ability,quality of life index scores and total satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized comprehensive nursing can further improve the life ability of middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction,improve the quality of life,and more easily obtain the recognition of patients and their families,which has high clinical promotion value.关键词
