Abstract
Objective:The application and standardized nursing effect of transnasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy in patients with respiratory failure hypoxemia.Methods:In this study,76 patients with respiratory failure hypoxemia admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,according to the method of random number table.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing,the observation group received transnasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy as well as standardized nursing,and the results of the interventions were compared.Results:There were 29 cases of comprehensive satisfaction in the control group(76.32%),and 36 cases of comprehensive satisfaction in the observation group(94.74%);the comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood gas indicators of the observation group turned out to be better than those of the control group,(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.There were 10 cases of complications in the control group(26.32%),and 3 cases of complications in the observation group(7.89%);the complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transnasal high-flow humidified oxygen therapy combined with standardized nursing approach can stabilize the clinical signs of patients with respiratory failure,improve blood gas indexes,reduce the incidence of complications,which can be promoted.关键词
