骨性关节炎关节镜手术标准化综合护理效果研究
Study on the Effect of Standardized Comprehensive Nursing in Arthroscopic Surgery for Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of standardized comprehensive nursing during knee arthroscopic surgery in patients with osteoarthritis.Methods:77 patients with osteoarthritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were treated with knee arthroscopic surgery.The patients in the control group(38 cases)were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group(39 cases)were given standardized comprehensive nursing.The improvement of anxiety,pain and knee joint function in the two groups was evaluated.Results:Anxiety score and pain score of the observation group were significantly improved after nursing,and there were significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).The knee function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized comprehensive nursing is beneficial to regulate the adverse mood of osteoarthritis patients treated by arthroscopic surgery,reduce the sense of pain,and further improve the knee joint function.关键词
