Study on the Application of Four-handed Standardized Operation in Intentional Tooth Replantation Nursing

Abstract
When root canal therapy and apical surgery are difficult to treat periapical lesions in patients,intentional tooth replantation is considered as a beneficial supplement and last resort to preserve the affected tooth in clinical practice,and is also one of the necessary techniques for treating difficult diseases.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the basic facility requirements for four-handed standardized procedures,the posture requirements for doctors,nurses and patients,the key points and precautions for four-handed standardized procedures,the transmission and exchange of instruments,the indications for intentional tooth replantation,the factors affecting the operational steps of intentional tooth replantation,postoperative judgment,and the application of four-handed standardized procedures to intentional tooth replantation,to provide theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the application of four-handed standardized procedures in the nursing exploration of intentional tooth replantation.关键词
