摘要
Abstract
This study select stem segments with buds of as explants,MS as the basic medium with 6-BA or IBA and NAA of different concentration.Analysis the effects on explants'starting,proliferation,rooting with different con-centration of 6-BA、IBA and NAA,and the effect of different hormone combination on the starting,proliferation,rooting of explants,exploration the best initial medium,differentiation medium and rooting medium.The result shows:The best rooting medium is MS+IBA0.2 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.The best differentiation medium is MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.The best initial medium is MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L.But the result a-bove do not match the theory that reported,needs studying further.关键词
