摘要

Abstract

The aim of the present study was to investigate the impact of animal husbandry production activities such as slaughtering and processing of broilers on the air environment.The experiment selected three different functional zones as sampling points from a large-scale broiler slaughterhouse.The BIOLOG microbiological automatic analyzer was used for the first time to identify the species of bacteria isolated and cultured at each sampling point.A total of 47 bacterial genera were identified with a much higher proportion of Gram positive bacteria than Gram negative bacteria.Among all monitored air bacteria,the dominant genera are Micrococcus,Staphylococcus,Bacillus,Corynebacterium,and Pseudomonas,with 20%to 30%being Micrococcus;12 genera of fungi were identified,with the dominant fungi being Cladosporium,Penicillium,Alternaria,Aspergillus,and No sporing isolates;The slaughtering activities in this broiler slaughterhouse have not had any adverse effects on the air environment.With the rapid development of animal husbandry production activities and the layout design and planning of slaughterhouses,the environmental pollution caused by animal slaughter and processing should receive more attention.
