基于DEA-Malmquist指数的J省基层医疗卫生资源配置效率研究OA
Allocation efficiency of primary medical and health resources in J Province based on DEA-Malmquist index
目的 分析2013-2022年J省基层医疗卫生资源配置情况,发现尚存问题,为政府优化基层医疗卫生资源配置提供参考.方法 选取基层医疗卫生资源的投入和产出指标,运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型对J省2013-2022年基层医疗卫生资源(包括城市社区和乡镇卫生院)的配置现状及效率展开探究.结果 J省基层医疗卫生资源配置平均综合技术效率为0.831,整体配置效率水平较好.但机构间供给效率差距明显,乡镇卫生院效率高于城市社区;非DEA有效的有八个年…查看全部>>
