Abstract
Dandelion is a medicinal and edible plant.Easy to plant,easy to survive,disease-free.It contains some complex chemical components such as flavonoids,sterols,polysaccharides,phenols,organic acids,alkaloids,etc..In this paper,the research progress of chemical composition,medicine,food,fresh-keeping and feed application of Dandelion in recent years was reviewed,in order to provide more references for the application of Dandelion.关键词
