中西部5省医务人员人文素养调查与分析
Humanistic quality of medical staff in 5 provinces of central and western China

Abstract
Objective To know about the humanistic literacy status of medical staff,to analyze the influencing factors,and to explore ways to improve humanistic literacy.Methods Humanistic literacy scale and questionnaire were designed and formulated,Sojump platform was used to perform the survey,and the survey re-sults of 1 294 medical personnel were collected by the status survey cluster sampling,and then statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS software.Results The descriptive analysis results showed that the average score of medical humanistic literacy of the surveyed medical personnel was 81 points,indicating that the humanistic literacy was generally good,but there was statistical difference in humanistic literacy due to demographic characteristics.Conclusions After the epidemic of COVID-19,the medical humanistic literacy of medical personnel has basically reached a good state.However,there is still some room for improvement.Some medical workers still have poor medical literacy,which remains in the memory and grasp of humanistic knowledge rather than internalized spirit and behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the level of medical humanistic literacy by promoting the humanistic spirit of medicine and improving the humanistic behavior of medical personnel.关键词
