泻火解毒止痛汤联合复方黄柏液涂剂在肛周脓肿根治术后的应用效果
Application effect of Xiehuo Jiedu Zhitong decoction combined with compound Huangbai liquid coating after radical treatment of perianal abscess

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiehuo Jiedu Zhitong decoction combined with compound Huangbai liquid in the treatment of perianal abscess after radical treatment.Methods 104 patients with perianal abscess admitted to Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected.All patients were treated with perianal abscess radical resection.They were divided into:Control Group(35 cases)was treated with compound Huangbai liquid coating,Combined Group(34 cases)was treated with Xiehuo Jiedu Zhitong decoction combined with compound Huangbai liquid coating.After 2 weeks,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factors and treatment safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results The overall efficacy of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(97.05％vs 74.29％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the combination group,including burning pain,flesh rotting into pus,systemic fever,and tongue redness and yellow coating were lower than those of the control group[(1.65±0.44)points,(1.78±0.46)points,(1.83±0.42)points,(1.90±0.47)points vs(2.05±0.51)points,(2.18±0.55)points,(2.32± 0.57)points,and(2.49±0.46)points](P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-17A(IL-17A),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),and CXC chemokine ligand 13(CXCL13)in the combination group were lower than those in the control group[(43.31±5.94)ng/mL,(19.48±3.41)ng/mL,(71.43±8.14)ng/mL vs(51.25± 6.28)ng/mL,(25.63±4.11)ng/mL(82.12±9.02)ng/mL](P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(14.71％vs 8.57％,P＞0.05).Conclusion Xiehuo Jiedu Zhitong decoction combined with compound Huangbai liquid can relieve the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.关键词
