生肌止痛膏纱条对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合及生长因子的临床疗效研究
Clinical study of Shengji Zhitong ointment gauze on wound healing and growth factors after perianal abscess operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Shengji Zhitong ointment gauze on wound healing after operation of perianal abscess and summarize the clinical efficacy.Methods 80 patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Shengji Zhitong ointment gauze dressing change,intravenous drip antibiotic,hemorrhoid Ⅱ lotion Sitz Bath,while the control group was treated with rivanol gauze dressing change,intravenous drip antibiotic,hemorrhoid Ⅱ lotion Sitz Bath.Pain,wound healing,C-reactive protein(CRP),vascular endothelial growth factor protein(VEGF),fibroblast growth factor growth factor(FGF)and platelet-derived growth factor growth factor(PDGF)were measured,and then test data were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the pain in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the wound reduction rates in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group on the 7th and 14th day after operation.The total healing period of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th day after operation(P＜0.05).The levels of VEGF,PDGF and FGF in the two groups were compared,the levels of VEGF,PDGF and FGF in the treated group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 7th,14th and 21st day after operation(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shengji Zhitong ointment gauze can obviously reduce the wound pain after perianal abscess surgery,promote the secretion of growth factors and accelerate wound healing.关键词
