外源施用橙皮苷对甜菜幼苗耐盐性的调控作用研究
Study on the Regulatory Effect of Exogenous Application of Hesperidin on Salt Tolerance of Sugar Beet Seedlings

Abstract
Research on metabolites in sugar beet roots revealed a significant induction of hesperidin accumulation under salt stress.This study further investigates the impact of exogenously applied hesperidin on the salt toler-ance of sugar beet seedlings.The results show that exogenous hesperidin alleviates the damage caused by salt stress to the chlorophyll content in plants,helps maintain photosynthetic efficiency in seedlings,and promotes seedling biomass growth.Additionally,supplementation of hesperidin increased the levels of proline,betaine,and soluble sugars in seedlings,while enhancing the activities of POD,SOD,and CAT.These improvements in physiological and biochemical parameters greatly enhance the salt tolerance of sugar beet seedlings.This study confirms that hesperidin can serve as an effective exogenous compound for enhancing the salt tolerance of sugar beet seedlings.关键词
