摘要

Abstract

Silent information regulator 2-related enzyme 1(SIRT1)is a highly conserved nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)dependent class Ⅲ histone deacetylase,which exerts physiological effects through deacetylation of target proteins,including histones and nonhistones.In the respiratory system,SIRT1 is involved in regulating processes such as inflammatory response,oxidative stress,cell apoptosis,and autophagy.The abnormal activity of SIRT1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of respiratory diseases such as pneumonia,asthma,acute lung injury,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,lung cancer,etc.In recent years,with the in-depth study of the relationship between SIRT1 and respiratory diseases and the regulation of SIRT1 drugs,new ideas have been provided for the treatment of respiratory diseases.This paper reviews the role of SIRT1 in the pathogenesis of children's respiratory disease and its latest research progress,to better serve children's respiratory disease as a target.
