叙事护理联合五音疗法对癌症患者志气缺失综合征及生活质量的影响OA
The effect of narrative nursing combined with the five-tone therapy on the demoralization syndrome and the quality of life in cancer patients
目的 探讨叙事护理联合五音疗法对癌症患者志气缺失综合征及生活质量的影响.方法 选取2021年4月至2022年11月中山市中医院收治的癌症患者100例纳入研究,依据随机数表法分对照组(50例,肿瘤专科常规护理)和观察组(50例,叙事护理联合五音疗法).比较两组负面情绪、志气缺失情况、生活质量及满意度.结果 干预后,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组志气缺失评分均降…查看全部>>
