多学科协作营养护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响OA
Effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nutrition nursing on nutritional status and immune function of patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy
目的 探析多学科协作营养护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者营养状况的影响.方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者80例,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例.对照组采用传统护理干预,观察组采用多学科协作营养护理干预.比较两组营养状况、遵医行为及免疫功能.结果 两组干预前营养状况水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(…查看全部>>
