云浮市血液筛查反应性献血者归队分析
Analysis of reentry of blood donors with the reactivity on blood screening in Yunfu City

Abstract
Objective To analyze the reentry situation of blood donors with the reactivity on blood screening in Yunfu City,so as to provide a basis for continuous improvement of blood donor reentry management.Methods Blood donors with the single-reagent reactivity on hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)and hepatitis C virus antibody(HCVAb),who had completed the shielding period for 6 months,or blood donors with the single-reagent reactivity on human immunodeficiency virus antibody(HIVAb)and treponema pallidum antibody(anti-TP),who had completed the shielding period for 3 months,voluntarily applied to the shielding unit for reentry.After sampling,the shielding unit conducted two dual-reagent enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA),and individual nucleic acid tests.They were allowed for reentry after passing the tests.Results From January 2018 to December 2022,a total of 101 blood donors met the criteria for reentry.According to the reasons for applying for reentry,HBsAg accounted for 8.9％(9/101),HCVAb accounted for 25.7％(26/101),HIVAb accounted for 30.7％(31/101),and anti-TP accounted for 34.7％(35/101).The reasons for applying for reentry due to HBsAg were the least.31 people passed the reentry test,with a pass rate of 30.7％.Among the qualified blood donors who reentered,21 people donated blood again,with 46 blood donations and a blood donation volume of 13 300 milliliters.Conclusion The strategy of reentry of blood donors with the reactivity on blood screening allows a certain proportion of reentry of donors,preventing the loss of qualified blood donors and safeguarding the rights and interests of blood donors.However,it is necessary to continue to strengthen the promotion of the reentry of blood donors.关键词
