China's Food Security Connotation Measurement,Risks and Challenges and Security Suggestions

Abstract
Food is the top of the political agenda,and food security is the key to peace of mind.Food security has become the key for mankind to cope with all kinds of risks and challenges with ease.By summarizing the existing literature,we found that the concept of food security in China has been increasingly optimized,and the indicators of total food production,the coefficient of fluctuation of food production,the food self-sufficiency rate,the ratio of food reserves to demand,and the level of food security for low-income groups have become more and more perfect.However,there are also facing outstanding challenges in the production chain,greater difficulty in meeting food demand,the need to pay attention to the issue of grain reserves,the urgent need to improve and smooth the circulation chain,the relative lag of the grain processing industry,the operation of the import and export trade,and the difficulty of stabilizing grain prices.Based on this,to better guarantee China's food security,we should further strengthen effective production capacity,meet the diversified needs of the population,improve the price stabilization mechanism,ensure the safety and effectiveness of reserves,guarantee the smooth flow of the distribution chain,enhance the effectiveness of the processing chain,and strengthen the ability to control the international market.关键词
