Effects of mixed reality technology on surgical resection rate of meningioma and limb muscle strength

目的 探究混合现实(MR)技术对脑膜瘤手术的肿瘤切除率及患者肢体肌力的影响.方法 选择我院收治的94例脑膜瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(47例,采用微创切除手术治疗)与MR组(47例,采用微创切除手术联合MR治疗).比较2组患者手术相关指标、肿瘤切除率、肢体肌力及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等炎症指标水平.结果 MR组患者手术时间、出血量及住院时间均短/少于对照组(P<0.05),肿瘤切除率高于对照组(P<0.05).MR组患者术后IL-6、TNF-α、VEGF及IL-1β水平均低于对照组,术后髋关节与膝关节的前屈肌力、后伸肌力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微创切除手术联合MR治疗脑膜瘤患者的效果确切,可明显提高患者的肿瘤切除率,降低炎症因子水平,提高肢体肌力.

Objective To investigate the effects of mixed reality(MR)technology on tumor resection rate and limb muscle strength of patients undergoing meningioma surgery.Methods A total of 94 patients with meningioma admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(47 cases,treated with minimally invasive resection)and the MR group(47 cases,treated with minimally invasive resection combined with MR)according to random number table.The levels of operation-related indexes,tumor resection rate,limb muscle strength,and inflammatory indexes including serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,blood loss and hospital stay of patients in the MR group were shorter/less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the tumor resection rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,VEGF and IL-1β of patients after operation in the MR group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of flexion muscle strength and extension muscle strength of hip joint and knee joint were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive resection combined with MR is effective for meningioma,which can obviously improve tumor resection rate,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and improve the limb muscle strength of patients.
