经乳晕切口乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中腺体残端处理方式对疗效的影响
Effect of treatment methods of glandular stump on curative effect in benign breast tumor resection through areola incision

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of two treatment methods of open the gland stump and suture the gland stump for benign breast tumor resection through areola incision.Methods A total of 82 patients with benign breast tumor admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected,all of them underwent benign breast tumor resection through areola incision.According to the different treatment methods during operation,they were divided into open the gland stump group(42 cases)and suture the gland stump group(40 cases).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,suture removal time,lump absorption time,incision healing rate,breast deformation rate,postoperative bleeding rate,tumor recurrence rate 12 months after operation and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores 6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after operation of patients in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss or suture removal time of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).The lump absorption time in open the gland stump group was significantly shorter than that in suture the gland stump group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breast deformation rate in open the gland stump group was lower than that in suture the gland stump group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incision healing rate,postoperative bleeding rate,tumor recurrence rate or VAS score 12 months after operation of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Open the gland stump during benign breast tumor resection through areola incisioncan accelerate the absorption of lump and keep a good shape of breast,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
