Abstract
Objective To explore the anesthesia effect of esketamine combined with propofol in painless hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 168 patients who underwent painless hysteroscopy in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table,they were divided into the control group(100 mg tramadol+2.5 mg/kg propofol injected intravenously)and the observation group(0.5 mg/kg esketamine +1 mg/kg propofol injected intravenously),with 84 cases in each group.The effect of postoperative anesthesia resuscitation,pain degree after recovery,postoperative recovery time,number of additional propofol cases,total dosage of propofol,adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the modified Aldrete score 15 minutes and 30 minutes after operation between patients in the two groups(P>0.05).The modified Aldrete score 5 minutes after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of patients in the two groups were increased after regaining consciousness,and the VAS scores of patients 5 minutes,15 minutes and 30 minutes after regaining consciousness the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and number of additional propofol cases and total dosage of propofol were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(26.18%vs.14.28%;χ2=3.687,P=0.055).The treatment satisfaction in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(76.19%vs.92.86%;χ2=8.919,P=0.003).Conclusion Esketamine combined with propofol in painless hysteroscopy patients can improve intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative analgesic effects,reduce the dosage of propofol.It is conducive to early anesthesia recovery of patients,and has less adverse reactions,good safety,high treatment satisfaction.关键词
