Anesthesia effect of esketamine combined with propofol in painless hysteroscopy
目的 探讨无痛宫腔镜检查术中艾司氯胺酮复合丙泊酚的麻醉效果.方法 选取2020年4月至2022年4月在我院行无痛宫腔镜检查术的168例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(静脉泵注100 mg曲马多+2.5 mg/kg丙泊酚)和观察组(静脉泵注0.5 mg/kg艾司氯胺酮+1 mg/kg丙泊酚),每组84例.比较2组患者术后麻醉复苏效果、苏醒后疼痛程度、术后苏醒时间、追加丙泊酚例数、丙泊酚总用量、不良反应及治疗满意度.结果 2组患者…查看全部>>
