重症烧伤患者护理中应用临床护理路径的效果分析

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing for the care of severe burns.Methods 90 patients with severe burns were divided into the nursing group and the control group.According to the traditional nursing process,nursing services were provided for the patients in both group.Under the premise of traditional nursing,patients in the nursing group were included in the clinical nursing pathway.Results Hb,Alb,pain degree,and quality of life of patients in the nursing group were all better than those in the control group after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),indicating that the clinical nursing pathway had a better effect on the nursing work of severe burn.The satisfactions of the nursing group and the control group were 97.78％and 80.00％,respectively.Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the nursing group was higher,and the data difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Adverse reactions accounted for 2.22％in the nursing group and 15.56％in the control group.There were fewer adverse reactions in the nursing group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of severe burn patients can effectively improve the pain degree,albumin,and hemoglobin levels of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and reduce the rate of adverse nursing reactions,so it can be widely used in the nursing service of severe burn patients.关键词
