Abstract
Objective To observe the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing for patients with diabetes ke-toacidosis.Methods The 60 patients with diabetes ketoacidosis from the emergency department of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected. They were divided into groups according to the different nursing methods received by the patients. The control group(30 cases)received routine nursing, and the study group(30 cases)re-ceived evidence-based nursing. Results The time of urine ketone body turning negative, nursing effect and other indicators of different groups were compared. There was no statistically significant difference in fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels among different groups before nursing implementation(P>0.05);After receiving corresponding care, the abdominal blood glucose levels of the study group and the control group were(5.49±1.17)mmol/L and(7.18±1.26)mmol/L respectively, and the control group had better control of blood glucose levels at 2 hours after meals than that of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the con-trol group with nursing work was lower than that of the study group, with significant differences(P<0.05);The time for urine ketone body to turn negative in the control group was(18.69±6.17)hours,while in the study group it was(12.19±5.21)hours,and the correction time for acidosis in the study group was earlier than that in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing intervention for patients with diabetes ketoacidosis can not only improve their symptoms, but also improve their satisfaction with nursing work, which is of great significance for controlling their blood sugar level.关键词
