围术期肝缺血再灌注损伤发生机制及保护措施的研究进展
Research progress on the mechanism and protective measures of perioperative hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury
摘要
Abstract
Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is a common indirect injury in liver surgery,it may cause progressive intrahepatic thrombosis/hepatic congestion,hepatocyte apoptosis,necrosis,etc,which is an important factor leading to postoperative liver dysfunction and liver failure,and seriously affects the perioperative outcome and prognosis of patients.Over the years,the research on the occurrence and development mechanism and prevention strategy of HIRI has attracted the attention of scholars.Perioperative anesthetic drug treatment,ischemic preconditioning and hypothermic oxygenation perfusion techniques play important roles in reducing HIRI.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,this article reviews the research progress of perioperative HIRI-related mechanisms and related protective measures,in order to provide reference for clinic.关键词
