Abstract
Objective To explore in detail the application method and effect of seven-step flow mode in holistic nursing of emergency patients. Methods A total of 60 cases of emergency patients admitted to the Outpatient and Emergency Department of Panlong Hospital,Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the difference in nursing mode, the patients were divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. For the control group, routine holistic care services were provided, and for the experimental group,a seven-step process model was implemented in holistic care. The indexes of rescue time, improvement of patients'quality of life and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results After this nursing intervention, the emergency stay time, inspection time, emergency entry time, admission to entry time and rescue time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group. The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of rescue adverse events in experimental group was significantly lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion When providing diagnosis and treatment services for emergency patients,we should pay attention to the actual needs of patients, provide holistic nursing services for patients, and promote the implementation of the seven-step process model, which can significantly improve the rescue treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
