Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of predictive nursing in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal massive hemorrhage in order to improve the therapeutic effect and satisfaction of patients.Methods 60 patients,who were treated from January 2021 to December 2022,with acute upper gastrointestinal massive hemorrhage were enrolled.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nurs-ing on the basis of routine nursing.The predictive nursing effect was evaluated by comparing and analyzing the life index,rescue time,and psychological state of the two groups.Results The life index,rescue time,psychological state,quality of life,and complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing has a significant ef-fect in the clinical nursing of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal massive hemorrhage,which can not only im-prove the therapeutic effect of patients,but also significantly improve the satisfaction of patients.In order to further improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal massive hemorrhage,it is recommended to widely promote and apply predictive nursing as an effective nursing model in clinic.关键词
