不同建筑固废再生骨料取代率下粗粒土填料永久变形特性及安定行为研究
Permanent deformation characteristics and shakedown behavior of coarse-grained fill materials incorporating different proportions of aggregates recycled from building demolition wastes

Abstract
In order to address the feasibility of the mixed subgrade filling of natural aggregate and recycled aggregates from construction and demolition waste(RAW),laboratory static/dynamic triaxial tests under different conditions of recycled aggregate replacement rate,moisture content,confining pressure and shear stress ratio were carried out,and the effect of index properties and stress states on the shear strength and accumulative plastic strain characteristics of the specimen were explored.Based on the multi-stage characteristics of plastic strain development under semi-logarithmic coordinates,and considering the plastic deformation accumulation rate at different stages and the difference in plastic deformation accumulation rate in adjacent two stages,a new shakedown behavior determination criterion suitable for subgrade filling mixed with RAW was proposed.The results show that the accumulative plastic strain of the specimen increases with the increase of moisture content and shear stress ratio,and the specimens mixed with RAW show similar plastic deformation resistance ability compared to natural aggregate when the shear stress ratio is 0.3 and 0.5.After comprehensive comparative analysis of strength and deformation characteristics,it is recommended to use recycled aggregate subgrade filled with 85%replacement rate.The new shakedown behavior determination criterion has high accuracy and can provide a theoretical basis for the long-term pavement performance evaluation of similar subgrade fillings.关键词
