肾神经消融术治疗高血压的病理生理学基础和临床研究进展
Pathophysiological basis and clinical progress of renal denervation treatment for hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Hypertension is a chronic cardiovascular disease that seriously threatens human health.Despite the availability of various antihypertensive drugs,most patients'blood pressure cannot reach the ideal level recommended by the guidelines.Excessive sympathetic activation plays an important role in hypertension.Renal denervation(RDN)removes renal nerves including the renal efferent and afferent nerves,thereby reducing sympathetic nerve activity.It has become an important supplement and non-pharmacological treatment for hypertension,especially for the treatment of resistant hypertension.Clinical studies have shown the safety and effectiveness of RDN,which can reduce blood pressure and improve prognosis in patients with resistant hypertension.关键词
