摘要
Abstract
Runt-related transcription factor 1(RUNX1)is a transcription factor which is widely involved in the cell proliferation and differentiation in living organisms.Previous studies have mainly focused RUNX1 on hematopoiesis and tumors.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to its potential role in cardiovascular development and cardiovascular diseases.In this paper,we will review the recent researches on RUNX1 in the cardiovascular diseases field and explore its possible mechanisms,in order to provide clues for future research.关键词
