Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of exercise intervention programs based on health action process approach(HAPA)model in patients with Parkinson disease(PD).Method:A total of 80 patients with PD who treated in the Second Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given exercise intervention programs based on HAPA on the basis of the control group.The balance function,motor function and quality of life of two groups were compared.Result:At 3 months of intervention,the gait test score,balance test score,upper limb motor function score and lower limb motor function score of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 3 months of intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of Parkinson disease questionnaire(PDQ-39)in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of exercise intervention programs based on HAPA in patients with PD can effectively improve balance function,motor function and quality of life.关键词
