硫酸镁联合布地奈德治疗哮喘患儿的效果
Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Children with Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma.Method:A total of 90 children with asthma admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the Nanning Second People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected.They were divided into treatment group and basic group according to random number ordering,45 cases in each group.The basic group was given Budesonide treatment and the treatment group was given Magnesium Sulfate Injection on the basis of the basic group.The clinical efficacy,lung function,blood gas index,asthma condition,inflammatory factors and magnesium ion level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)to the predicted value(FEV1%pred)and FEV1 in the two groups were increased,and the FVC,PEF,FEV1%pred and FEV1 in the treatment group were higher than those in the basic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),pH(pH)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)of both groups were increased,while the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)were decreased,PaO2,pH and SaO2 of the treatment group were higher than those of the basic group,and PaCO2 was lower than that of the basic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the asthma control test score(C-ACT)and magnesium ion level were increased in the two groups,while the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-5(IL-5)were decreased in the two groups,the C-ACT score and magnesium ion level in the treatment group were higher than those in the basic group,the levels of IL-1,TNF-α and IL-5 were lower than those of basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium Sulfate combined with Budesonide has a good therapeutic effect on children with asthma,and is obviously better than single hormone therapy,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with asthma,and has obvious improvement effects on inflammatory factors,blood gas indexes,lung function and other asthma-related indicators.关键词
