Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of warm needle moxibustion combined with rehabilitation function training in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis and its influence on electromyography.Method:A total of 90 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who admitted to Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force 910th Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(n=45)and the study group(n=45)by double-blind method.The control group was treated with rehabilitation function training based on conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with warm needle moxibustion based on the control group,both groups were treated for 1 month.The treatment effect,complications,facial muscle electromyography(orbicularis oris muscle,orbicularis oculi muscle)and facial nerve function[House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function classification]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in facial muscle electromyography and H-B score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the electromyography of orbicularis oris muscle and orbicularis oculi muscle in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the H-B score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm needle moxibustion combined with rehabilitation function training in the treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis not only beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy,but also does not increase the incidence of complications,and can help patients to improve the facial muscle electromyography and improve the facial nerve function.关键词
