Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system combined with Luohua Zizhu Tablets in the treatment of menopausal functional uterine bleeding.Method:A total of 104 patients with menopausal functional uterine bleeding from March 2021 to March 2023 from the Xiantao Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases in each group.Both groups were given Kangfuxin Solution,the control group was given levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system,and the observation group was given Luohua Zizhu Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time index,inflammatory factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in both groups were decreased,the levels of PCT and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system combined with Luohua Zizhu Tablets can treat menopausal functional uterine bleeding patients,it can relieve symptoms,the effect is exact,effectively shorten bleeding control time,reduce PCT and CRP levels,and is safe.关键词
