针刺联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗肺阴不足型干眼的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the Treatment of Lung Yin Deficiency Type Dry Eye

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of lung Yin deficiency type dry eye.Method:A total of 58 patients with lung Yin deficiency type dry eye admitted to the Ophthalmology Clinic of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.Ocular surface disease index(OSDI),traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,Schirmer-Ⅰ test(SⅠT),break-up time(BUT),tear meniscus height(TMH),corneal fluorescence stain(FL)before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in OSDI score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,SⅠT,BUT,TMH and FL between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,OSDI score and FL in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and SⅠT,BUT and TMH were higher than those before treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,OSDI score and FL in observation group were lower than those in control group,SⅠT,BUT and TMH were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.1%,which was higher than 55.2%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops is effective in the treatment of dry eye patients,which can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,relieve dry eye symptoms,prolong the time of tear film rupture,increase tear secretion,improve corneal injury,and increase the tear meniscus height.关键词
