Abstract
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a common disease in the rheumatology and immunology field.It is characterized by progressive stiffness,pain,and limited mobility of the spine from top to bottom,significantly affecting patients'quality of life.Factors such as sudden changes in weather conditions,unhealthy lifestyle habits,genetic inheritance,and endocrine imbalances have led to an increasing number of AS patients each year.This article reviews the systematic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine over the past five years,oral herbal medicine is the most widely used and has shown the most significant therapeutic effects.Through clinical trials,other distinctive traditional Chinese medicine therapies have emerged,including acupuncture,moxibustion,cupping therapy,herbal patches,and fumigation.These methods are characterized by their significant therapeutic effects,affordability,safety,and environmental friendliness.This article systematically summarizes the research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment for kidney deficiency and cold in Du meridian type AS,demonstrating its effectiveness.It aims to provide reference for clinical treatment and further research in this field.关键词
