基于不同宽带非相干光源的甲烷浓度测量研究
Study on methane concentration measurement based on various broadband incoherent light sources

Abstract
Aims:This paper aims to investigate the effect of performance differences of different types of broadband light sources applied in the Incoherent Broadband Cavity Enhanced Absorption Spectroscopy(IBBCEAS)technique on the output signal of the system.Methods:A gas cell with a diameter of 2.54 cm and a length of 30 cm was constructed;and methane gas with a concentration of 99.99%was introduced.Incoherent broadband halogen light source and supercontinuum spectral light source were used to enter the gas cell,respectively.The emitted light was coupled into near-infrared multimode optical fiber through fiber collimators;and the optical fibers were connected to the near-infrared spectrometer to measure absorption spectra.Results:Comparison of the optical density spectra of the two light sources shows that the optical noise of the supercontinuum light source is much larger than that of the halogen light source,which is mainly due to the unstable temperature control inside the supercontinuum light source,resulting in large fluctuations in the output power in the frequency domain caused by the baseline shift.Conclusions:Compared with halogen light source,the supercontinuum spectrum light source has many advantages such as high optical power and good spatial coherence,but the application of this light source in IBBCEAS system is limited due to the lack of stability of optical power output caused by temperature control.关键词
