Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shuxuetong Injection on cognitive function and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),Smad homolog 1(Smad1)in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 82 elderly patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Kunshan Jinxi People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong Injection on the basis of control group.Cognitive function,TGF-β1,Smad1,self-care ability,neurological function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and clinical dementia rating(CDR)scores were lower than those before treatment,and MMSE and MoCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and CDR score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,TGF-β1 was lower than that before treatment,Smad1 was higher than that before treatment,and TGF-β1 in observation group was lower than that in control group,Smad1 was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the activities of daily living(ADL)score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that before treatment,and the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NHISS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.32%,which was lower than 14.63%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Shuxuetong Injection adjuvant therapy can effectively improve cognitive function,TGF-β1,Smad1 in elderly patients with ischemic stroke,improve patients'self-care ability and nervous function,and has a high safety.关键词
