Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of childlike concept-oriented high-quality nursing during perioperative period of fiberoptic bronchoscopy for preschool children.Method:A total of 80 preschool children who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from January to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the routine group and the high-quality nursing group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.After hospitalization,the two groups received fiberbronchoscopy on the basis of routine anti-infection,cough and phlegm reduction treatment.The routine group was given routine nursing by fiberoptic bronchoscopy during the perioperative period,while the high-quality nursing group was given childlike concept-oriented high-quality nursing on the basis of the routine group.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,compliance and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The cough relief time,dyspnea relief time,temperature recovery time and pulmonary rales disappearing time in the high-quality nursing group were shorter than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate and total compliance rate of the high-quality nursing group were 97.5%,97.5%,which were higher than 85.0%,82.5%of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the high-quality nursing group was 2.5%,which was lower than 15.0%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Childlike concept-oriented high-quality nursing during perioperative period of fiberoptic bronchoscopy for preschool children can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy and compliance,and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
