Abstract
As an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics in the context of the new era,labor education has the most direct impact on students at agricultural colleges and universities in their establishing a correct concept of labor,cultivatingtheir virtue,improving their professional work skills,enhancing self-competitiveness,adapting to the working environment and work content in advance,and optimizing the effect of employment and the development of the school itself.The key to the development of education lies in reform.In order to promote the modernization of labor education in agricultural colleges and universities in the new era,efforts must be made on mechanism innovation.Agricultural colleges and universities should plan the curriculum system as a whole,improve the education and teaching evaluation mechanism and resource guarantee mechanism,innovate the talent training mechanism,and ensure the orderly progress of re-education through labor,so as to cultivate the learning concept that students in agricultural colleges and universities are willing to learn and want to learn,and provide a rich reserve of talents for the development of national agriculture.关键词
