Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing mode based on holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy,and to evaluate the effects on sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue level of patients.Method:A total of 90 patients with lung cancer received chemotherapy admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received nursing mode based on holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine.Sleep quality index,cancer-related fatigue level and incidence of chemotherapy-related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the level of cancer-related fatigue in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the level of cancer-related fatigue in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The sleep quality index of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and the sleep quality index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of chemotherapy related adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode based on the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of sleep,and reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
