桥本甲状腺炎对甲状腺乳头状癌颈淋巴结转移的影响
Effect of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis on Cervical Lymph Node Metastasis of Thyroid Papillary Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)on cervical lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Method:The data of 1 146 PTC patients admitted to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Nantong University from January 2017 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into an observation group(254 cases,combined with HT)and a control group(892 cases,without combined HT)based on whether they were combined with HT.Surgery was performed in both groups and general data were collected.The general data,the lymph node dissection and metastasis condition in central region and lateral neck region of the two groups were compared.Result:The proportion of females in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the age was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.001).The central area lymph node dissection value in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the lymph node value rate in the metastasis/dissection was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with patients without HT,PTC patients with HT had a higher proportion of females,younger age of onset,and lower lymph node metastasis/dissection rate.关键词
