经皮椎体成形术对老年胸腰椎骨折患者的影响OA
Effect of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty on Elderly Patients with Thoracolumbar Fracture
目的:探究经皮椎体成形术(PVP)对老年胸腰椎骨折患者的影响.方法:选取 2021 年 1 月—2023 年 2 月淮安八十二医院收治的 101 例老年胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象.根据随机数表法将其分为观察组(50 例)和对照组(51 例).观察组实施PVP,对照组实施保守治疗.比较两组椎体情况、生活质量、并发症.结果:治疗后 1 个月,两组椎体压缩率降低,观察组椎体压缩率低于对照组,椎体高度恢复度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗…查看全部>>
