Effects of Bladder Mp-MRI Differential Special Standardized Preparation Program on Image Quality and Patients'Tolerance to Holding Urine and Satisfaction

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of different specialized standardized preparation programs for bladder multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging(Mp-MRI)on image quality and patients'tolerance to holding urine and satisfaction.Method:A total of 120 patients who applied for bladder Mp-MRI in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into group A(n=30),group B(n=30),group C(n=30)and group D(n=30)by computer numbering method.Group A was forbidden to urinate with water and urine for 2 h before examination;group B was forbidden to urinate 2 h before examination,and drank 500 mL of warm water before examination;group C was forbidden to urinate after 1 h before examination,and drank 500 mL of warm water before examination;group D only asked to hold urine without specific requirements.The degree of bladder filling,image quality,degree of bladder tolerance and service satisfaction were compared among four groups.Result:The bladder volume of group A,group D,group C and group B showed a gradually increasing trend,and the difference was statistically significant(F=15.232,P＜0.001);the incidence of bladder wall thinness in group B was higher than those in group A,group C and group D,the difference was statistically significant(x2=37.267,P＜0.001);the motion artifacts in group C were lower than those in group A,group B and group D,the difference was statistically significant(x2=17.512,P＜0.001);the total tolerance rate of group C was higher than those of group A,group B and group D,the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.640,P＜0.001);the total satisfaction rate of inspection service in group C was higher than that in group A,group B and group D,the difference was statistically significant(x2=13.043,P＜0.001).Conclusion:The program of incontinence after urination 1 h before examination and 500 mL of warm water before examination has a good effect in bladder Mp-MRI examination,which can not only obtain satisfactory bladder filling degree,but also ensure image quality and improve patients'tolerance to holding urine and examination service satisfaction.关键词
