Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of postural guidance combined airway intervention in ventilator treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with severe pneumonia treated in Guangzhou First People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received postural guidance combined airway intervention on the basis of the control group.Cardiac and renal function indexes,stress indexes before intervention and after 7 d of intervention and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After 7 d of intervention,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased,and early diastolic filling peak velocity/late diastolic filling peak velocity(E/A),serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)decreased in both groups,LVEF in observation group was higher than that in control group,and serum creatinine and BUN were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 7 d of intervention,cortisol(Cor),angiotensin Ⅰ(AngⅠ)and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)were decreased in both groups,and Cor,AngⅠ and AngⅡ in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Postulation guided combined airway intervention in ventilator treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia can improve heart function and kidney function,reduce stress response and decrease the incidence of complication.关键词
