基于"心脑一体观"探讨针灸调节褪黑素的作用机理
Discussion on the mechanism of action of acupuncture and moxibustion in regulating melatonin based on the"heart-brain integration view"
摘要
Abstract
Modern medicine believes that the brain dominates all life processes and mental activities of the body,and is related to the balance and regulation of the surrounding environment.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that"the heart is the organ similar to the monarch and is responsible for spirit and mental activity".The heart has the function of controlling the body and mind.Melatonin(MT)is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland in the ventricles of the brain,and its effects on the human body are similar to those of the"heart"and"spirit"in traditional Chinese medicine theory.How to understand and integrate the two different theoretical systems of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine is an important issue in our current clinical and scientific researches.The"heart-brain integration view"is a discussion of the same physiological phenomenon that combines different theoretical systems.Based on the"heart-brain integration view",this study explores the related research on diseases caused by melatonin imbalance and explains that acupuncture and moxibustion can not only improve the symptoms of insomnia,depression,obesity,vascular dementia,gastric ulcer and other diseases by regulating the combination of acupoints related to"heart"and"spirit",but also regulate the level of melatonin,providing a theoretical basis for the acupoint compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating melatonin related diseases in clinical practice.关键词
