小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的中医药研究进展OA
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Pediatric Cough Variant Asthma
咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)是小儿常见病和多发病,由于易于误诊、难以根治、病程较长等特点,对广大患儿及家属造成极大的困扰.西药虽可快速缓解临床症状,但其大量使用也造成了抗药性和毒副作用的增多,且长期服用可降低患者对各种诱因的抵抗能力.与西药相比,近年来,中药以其安全、有效的特点,在小儿CVA的临床应用中得到了广泛的应用.本文将从病因病机、实验研究和内外治法等角度对其研究进展进行综述,以期为后续的研究和临床运用提供借鉴.
