Abstract
Lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is a clinically common and frequently-occurring peripheral vascular disease in clinical.With the development of the global economy,the improvement of the medical system,the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is also advancing with the times,at present,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the clinical treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans have more methods.This article through the literature review,summarized the treatment of this disease of traditional Chinese and western medicine,of which traditional Chinese medicine treatment according to the patients'own symptoms for classification,staging prescription medication,but also the use of traditional Chinese medicine lotion,traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and other external treatment methods to treat the disease;western medicine treatments include vascular hybridization surgery,intravascular interventional surgery,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,transverse tibial bone transfer treatment,etc,this article aims is to explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease and make a review.关键词
