共生视域下高职产业学院高质量发展困境及其消解
The Dilemma and Resolution of High-Quality Development of Industrial College of Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Symbiosis

Abstract
The industrial college of higher vocational education is the innovative carrier of deepening the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,and it is also the advanced stage of the integration of production and education.It plays an important role in the construction of the new development pattern of the integration of production and education with regional bearing,industry node and school-enterprise double subject.Based on the qualitative research of the deans of six higher vocational industrial colleges in Jiangsu Province,it is found that the symbiosis of industrial colleges has practical difficulties in the aspects of multi-subject coordination and co-governance,balanced energy distribution pattern,and positive and favorable environment.In the future,we should enhance the endogenous force of the symbiotic unit to form a multi-dimensional co-governance symbiotic situation,improve the distribution force of the symbiotic model to strengthen the construction of the mutually beneficial symbiotic model,enhance the external driving force of the symbiotic environment to create a macro environment that helps the construction of the symbiotic body.关键词
