共生视域下高职产业学院高质量发展困境及其消解OA
The Dilemma and Resolution of High-Quality Development of Industrial College of Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Symbiosis
高职产业学院是高职教育深化产教融合的创新载体,也是产教融合的高级阶段,在构建区域承载、行业节点、校企双主体的产教融合新发展格局建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用.基于江苏省 6 所高职产业学院院长的质性研究发现,当前产业学院共生体在多元主体协同共治局面、能量分配均衡格局、积极正向有利环境等方面存在现实困境.未来,应提升共生单元的内生力,形成多元协同共治共生局面,完善共生模式的分配力,强化互惠共生模式建设,增强共生环境的外驱力,营造助力共生体建设的宏观环境.
The industrial college of higher vocational education is the innovative carrier of deepening the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,and it is also the advanced stage of the integration of production and education.It plays an important role in the construction of the new development pattern of the integration of production and education with regional bearing,industry node and school-enterprise double subject.Based on the qualitative research of the deans of six higher vocational industrial colleges in Jiangsu Province,it is found that the symbiosis of industrial colleges has practical difficulties in the aspects of multi-subject coordination and co-governance,balanced energy distribution pattern,and positive and favorable environment.In the future,we should enhance the endogenous force of the symbiotic unit to form a multi-dimensional co-governance symbiotic situation,improve the distribution force of the symbiotic model to strengthen the construction of the mutually beneficial symbiotic model,enhance the external driving force of the symbiotic environment to create a macro environment that helps the construction of the symbiotic body.
