Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Roy adaptation model nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 150 patients with LDH who underwent percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in Hui'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=75)and the study group(n=75).The control group was given routine nursing after surgery,and the study group was given Roy adaptation model nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience[connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],rehabilitation exercise compliance,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],quality of life[quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)]and lumbar function[simplified Chinese version of Oswestry disability index questionnaire(SCODI)]were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in psychological resilience,pain degree,quality of life and lumbar function between two groups(P>0.05).The psychological resilience and quality of life in both groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of rehabilitation exercise in the study group at 1 month and 3 months after discharge were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain degree and lumbar function of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Roy adaptation model nursing can effectively increase the psychological resilience of postoperative rehabilitation patients with LDH,on the basis of relieving the pain of patients,it can improve the exercise compliance,improve lumbar function,and thus improve the quality of life.关键词
